Delivery Information

We offer free next-day (tracked) delivery for orders over £50 within the UK. For orders under £50, a £3.99 delivery charge will apply. We know that dealing with pests like rodents and insects can be a nuisance, which is why we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Next-Day Delivery (order before 4pm): £5.99

International Delivery

We currently do not offer international delivery services. We only deliver within the UK.

 

Returns Information

We take pride in the quality of our rodent control products and hope that they will meet your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to the nature of pest control. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will process your refund/exchange within 3-5 working days.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in ensuring that our products are of the highest quality, but in the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will either arrange for a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the fault or damage to help us assess the issue. Please note that we may require the item(s) to be returned to us for inspection before we can process your refund/replacement.
